Character History
In the movies/books that make up The Hunger Games trilogy, Katniss was a 16 year-old girl who lived in District 12 in Panem (which is a future version of the USA that has been split into twelve Districts). She was living with her sister Prim and her mom, trying to keep them alive by hunting for game. Then, the 74th Hunger Games came up, and Prim was chosen to compete. Katniss bravely volunteered as tribute, and she and fellow tribute Peeta Mellark were sent to the Capitol. There, they trained and prepared themselves for the Games. On the night before the Games- the interviews- Peeta reveals that he has liked Katniss for a long time. Katniss is pretty mad about it, but she and Peeta end up falling in love during the Games and they become victors together, although they were going to kill themselves with poisonous berries before winning. In Catching Fire, People in the districts start to rebel, not believing their love story. The next year of the Hunger Games comes around- the Quarter Quell, a special version of the Games. This time, the tributes were to be from the existing pool of victors, which means Katniss was the only female tribute from District 12. She and Peeta end up going into the Games that time, and Katniss is determined to save Peeta over herself- or any tribute, for that matter. When Katniss blew up the arena at the end of the Games, she and a few others were rescued, but Peeta wasn't. In Mockingjay, the final Hunger Games installment, Katniss is in District 13- District 12 was destroyed by the Capitol. Besides being the head of the rebellion, Katniss' main goal was to save Peeta. Once he was rescued, he couldn't trust Katniss because the Capitol hijacked him. Once he was able to trust her, they worked together to bring down the Capitol. In the end, Katniss and Peeta got married, had children, and lived peacefully in District 12, which had been restored.
In the RP, Katniss' outfit is that from her second Hunger Games in the book/movie The Hunger Games:Catching Fire. She also shares the same personality as she does in the books/movies-while she is brave, witty, and has good leadership skills, she doesn't like to pretend to be what she really isn't, and sometimes gets defensive. She and Merida have a close friendship, mainly because they are both witty, strong archers. Also, in the RP, Katniss isn't stuck in any love triangles like she is in the books/movies and the only person (or toy) she has a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship with is Peeta. Katniss is also good at fighting and is a good team member to have around during a conflict with the bad guys. She was especially valuable when Drakaina's Hunger Games in Mission #3 came along, and helped the team escape the dreaded arena. Overall, Katniss is a great team member. |
| TRIS
General Info
Tris is a doll based on the main character from the movie/book Divergent. In the movie/book, Tris is a girl living in one of the five groups known as "factions" in dystopian Chicago. She has to take a test to show which faction she belongs in. However, the test results show she is inconclusive-she could be in more than one faction, meaning she is Divergent. Each faction is for people who are either smart (Erudite), selfless (Abnegation), kind (Amity), honest (Candor), or brave (Dauntless). Tris, however, is smart, selfless, AND brave, which is also her personality in the roleplay. Tris is good with hand-to-hand combat and guns, and is always there for the rest of the team in their times of need.

Character History
In the movie/book Divergent, Tris grew up in dystopian Chicago, which was split up into 5 factions- Abnegation (selfless), Erudite (smart), Candor (honest), Amity (kind/peaceful), and Dauntless (brave), and the factionless, who don't belong anywhere. Tris, originally called Beatrice, was a 16 year-old Abnegation girl. She took a test, like every other 16-year old did, to see what faction she belonged in. Her results turned out to be Erudite, Abnegation, and Dauntless, making her Divergent. At the Choosing Ceremony, Tris selected Dauntless. Upon arrival to Dauntless headquarters, she changed her name to Tris. In Dauntless, Tris trained both physically and mentally, eventually making her way to the top of the score board, which was sort of strange for a girl from Abnegation. Her mentor, Four/Tobias, realizes that she has abilities that are different than the other initiates, and they work together to understand what makes Divergents so threatening to the system. In the two other books in the series, Tris learns to fully embrace her Divergence while also trying to save those she loves, as well as uncovering more of her parents'- and the city's- pasts.
In the RP, Tris is brave, selfless, and smart, like she is in the books/movies about her. As shown in Mission #5, her Divergent abilities allow her to be able to tell whether or not something is real (in the books/movies, the so-called "tests" were actually hallucinations/simulations within one's mind), as well as "manipulate the simulation" if the situation she is in isn't a real-in other words, she can use her Divergence and willpower to control the hallucination and make what she wants to come appear, and what she wants to happen simply happen. Tris also is one of the few team members who can cheer Edward up, and she has a bit of a brother-sister relationship with Spyro that became stronger during their adventure in Mission #5. In the end, Tris is a good team member, especially during simulations and battles having to do with the baddies. |
