Another year passed, and the story shifts to Johto region. Silver stolen totodile from research center and Gold go to have his own adventure with his pokemon. Crystal joins and they fought the mysterious masked man, who wants to control the time. |

In 80 days, Ruby must winning all the contest and Sapphire must winning all the gym badges in a same time. Meanwhile, team aqua and team magma is going to wake kyogre and grodon. |

Red, Blue, and Green arrived at the sevii island, and they battle against team rocket who want to catch deoxys. Giovanni used Red to bait deoxys out. |
